At the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, patients and family members are at the centre of everything we do. Since our new facility opened in 2004, we have continually added new programs and services, and improved existing ones:

• To meet changing health needs in Northwestern Ontario change
• To add or upgrade equipment as new technology becomes available
• To introduce new treatments designed to improve patient health, safety, and comfort

We follow the Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC) model of care to improve care, outcomes, and the entire health care experience for patients and their families. Our goal is to provide the best care possible, right here in Northwestern Ontario.
