The Surgical Intake Endoscopy program is accepting referrals for symptomatic and surveillance endoscopy procedures, and ensures patients are seeing the appropriate endoscopist for a particular condition; more equitable distribution of consults; improved standards for endoscopy and consultation practices; and improved communication between patients, physicians and endoscopists.
The Endoscopy DAP program accepts referrals for First Degree/Family History and FIT.
