Sharing and Caring Together: Learn about Patient and Family Centred Care
by Maryanne Matthews
What does Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC) really mean? How does it change experiences for patients at our Hospital? The Sharing & Caring Together Exhibition is your chance to learn all about it.
This week, our Hospital is celebrating our continued commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC), the provision of care that is respectful of, and responsive to, individual patient and family preferences, needs and values, and ensures that patient is at the centre of all clinical decisions. It takes us on a journey with a richer appreciation of what is takes to do our work in collaborative partnerships with patients, families, all staff and clinicians, across all disciplines and departments.
Join us as we celebrate Patient and Family Centred Care:
