Keeping Us Safe: Personal Protective Equipment Donations

Nurses wearing PPE
Your generosity helps to protect those that protect you. Thank you for helping to keep our staff, professional staff, patients, and the community safe. We are in this together.

People and organizations in our community have come forward with generous offers to donate personal protective equipment (PPE) to support our Hospital’s response to COVID-19. Your kindness is greatly appreciated and can enhance our efforts to protect the health and safety of staff, professional staff, patients, and the community.

Across Ontario, there is an impending shortage of this critical equipment in our health care settings. As such, our Hospital gratefully accepts donations of the following items that are new and in unopened boxes:

  • N95 masks
  • Other masks (duck-billed, face shield, surgical masks)
  • Surgical gowns
  • Protective medical goggles
  • Ventilators

To donate these items or to share information about others who may be able to provide a donation, please contact Tanya Niederer at niederet@tbh.net.

Please note that all offers of and requests for donated supplies are coordinated to ensure donations are appropriately vetted, collected, stored, recorded, distributed and acknowledged.

Your generosity helps to protect those that protect you. Thank you for helping to keep our staff, professional staff, patients, and the community safe. We are in this together.
