Employees Gifting Together

The Employee Giving Committee got Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre employees into the spirit of giving his holiday season.

The Employee Giving Committee got Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre employees into the spirit of giving his holiday season. The Committee put together an Employee Wish List of small equipment requested by TBRHSC employees and raised funds to purchase these items to help fellow staff provide the best possible care to their patients.

This year employees wished for:

  • A Cardiac Monitor for 2B,
  • An over-bed table for 3B,
  • Bedside chairs for the Emergency Department
  • And fiberglass casting material with child-friendly designs for the Operating Room.

Health Sciences Centre staff have been generously making donations as gifts in honour of co-workers and purchasing bags of candy for $1 to help fund these needed pieces of equipment.
