Booking Process

In order to facilitate the planning of your simulation-based learning session, please complete this online booking request form and press Submit Request.The Simulation team will review your request and may need to follow up with you to discuss your specific simulation requirements. A Simulation Specialistand/or Inteprofessional Educator must be present during all booked sessions.

Hours of Operation: The Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre Simulation Lab is open: Monday-Friday from 0800-1600 (excluding statutory holidays)


Requests for use of the Simulation Lab outside of regular business hours is based on resource and staff availablity.
