Celebrating Pharmacy Awareness Month

Pharmacy Awareness Month
As part of Pharmacy Awareness Month, TBRHSC pharmacy staff hosted tours of the pharmacy to showcase what they do, and how they do it. Above, a group of nursing students got an inside look at the day to day operations of a busy pharmacy.

Each year, Pharmacy Awareness Month is celebrated in March as a way to educate Canadians about the contributions pharmacists make in the delivery of health care.  Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) helped celebrate the great strides the profession has made and all the ways pharmacy positively impacts patients and families.
