Applicants must be eligible for licensing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (www.cpso.on.ca) and/or certified in their specialty/sub-specialty or eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (www.rcpsc.medical.org).

Family Practitioners must be certified with the Canadian College of Family Practice.
