Objectives: At the end of this session the participants will be able to:
1) Discuss and define the treatment goals for the adult patient living with schizophrenia
2) Explain the evidence for early intervention and impact on quality of life and functional recovery for the patient living with schizophrenia
3) Better appreciate the rationale for LAIs in the different phases of schizophrenia including the acute and early phases of the illness.
