The Thunder Bay Stroke Recovery Network (SRN), St. Joseph Hospital “Moving on after Stroke Program” (MOST) and Northwestern Ontario Regional Stroke Network (NWORSN) would like to invite survivors of stroke and family caregivers throughout the region to a special and interactive session.
