The Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program is located in Suite 201 (Second Floor) of the Medical Services Centre (1040 Oliver Road – the same building as LifeLabs), closest to Turtle (I) Lot. MAP
Regional Sites
The program also operates at 16 sites throughout Northwestern Ontario.
There are four independent Cardiovascular Rehabilitation sites in Northwestern Ontario overseen by their site cardiologist and interdisciplinary team.

There are four sites where the exercise program is delivered by their kinesiologists and/or physiotherapists, but you still connect with the TBRHSC cardiologist virtually through OTN.

Riverside Health Care Facilities – La Verendrye site
For communities in Northwestern Ontario not serviced by the above programs, TBRHSC provides a virtual education and exercise program.
