Objectives: Learners will be able to:
1) Describe the management of isolated distal DVT, and superficial thrombosis, with risk factors for progression,
2) Review the new evidence for DOACs in cancer associated thrombosis
3) Explore dosing schemes for the different LMWH, specifically enoxaparin,
4) Understand the management of central venous catheter (CVC) associated upper extremity DVT, and cancer related UEDVT.
