One day Acute Stroke Best Practices Workshop. The focus was on acute stroke and integrating stroke best practices, with the goal of optimizing care. The program included a variety of topics pertaining to acute stroke, including updates on Code Stroke at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre and available interventions and an opportunity to participate in a Mock Code Stroke.
Interprofessional members of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) stroke team, including Dr. Hassan (TBRHSC Medical Lead- Neurology & Stroke), presented.
