Life after a stroke brings many challenges, as needs and circumstances are unique and personal
to each stroke survivor and their caregivers. June is Stroke Awareness Month, and in collaboration
with March of Dimes Canada, we will share information about the After Stroke program and
available supports and services for caregivers. In addition, we will hear from caregivers with lived
experience on how they navigated the post-stroke journey and highlights of the After Stroke
program that helped them find a path forward.
