Improving Person-Centred Decision Making
Facilitated by: Dr. Jeff Myers, MD, MSEd, CCFP(PC) & Dr. Rachael Halligan, MD, CCFP, FCFP
This half-day workshop is aimed at providing clinicians with the knowledge and skills to ensure patients are able to make healthcare decisions consistent with their goals and values.
