You are invited to attend the 49th annual Heart & Stroke Clinical Update. This conference at the Toronto Hilton
Downtown on December 7-8, 2018 will focus on Emerging evidence that will change your practice. This annual event
is known for bringing together renowned researchers and experts to offer you practical pearls, cutting-edge science
updates and best practice discussions in the prevention and management of heart disease and stroke.
As a student, you are eligible to apply for a Heart & Stroke bursary entitling you to complimentary registration. To
