Automated CT Perfusion (CTP) Software for Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) Knowledge Exchange.
On behalf of Kathryn Yearwood, Clinical Specialist – Stroke Services, CorHealth Ontario – Ontario Health
Hello Stroke System Stakeholders,
Thank you for joining the recent Automated CT Perfusion (CTP) Software for Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) Knowledge Exchange. The purpose of this forum was to support adoption of Automated CTP Software at Endovascular Thrombectomy (EVT) Referral Sites (e.g., Telestroke, tPA, Imaging Sites) across the province. As such, the forum focused on raising awareness of the role of Automated CTP in Acute Ischemic Stroke, including patient selection for EVT; the clinical features and benefits of using RAPIDAI software, the Provincial RAPIDAI Umbrella Agreement, and key lessons learned/implementation considerations from early adopter sites. If you were unable to attend the live Knowledge Exchange or if you would like to review any of the items discussed, you may access a recording of the Knowledge Exchange using the following link: Automated CT Perfusion Software for Acute Ischemic Stroke Knowledge Exchange
To complement this Knowledge Exchange, we will be developing an FAQ document to respond to questions raised during and after the meeting. To ensure we answer all your questions, and to get your feedback on the session overall, we ask that you please complete the following survey by March 24, 2023 https://forms.office.com/r/PU70JKt2Fg
Lastly, on behalf of Ontario Health- CorHealth Ontario, we would like to thank all of our presenters and panel members who shared their expertise, experiences and successes with us during the Knowledge Exchange.
Sincerely, Kathryn
