DESCRIPTION:This event will focus on how to explore return to work after a stroke. \n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\n\nThis online event targets health care providers working in stroke care in the West GTA Stroke Network region. At the conclusion of this workshop\, the participants will be able to: \n1. Explain the roles and points of view of all stakeholders involved in facilitating a successful RTW \n2. Name and list the components of a typical RTW plan \n3. Evaluate where a client is with regards to their safety and readiness for RTW \n4.
