DESCRIPTION:POSTER \nSent on behalf of the Stroke Prevention Clinic (SPC) Provincial Integrated Working Group \nSAVE THE DATE for a provincial webinar! \nSecondary Stroke Prevention was identified as a provincial priority by the eleven regional stroke networks in fall 2015.
