She has published more than 70 research articles and obtained over $6 million in funding. Dr. Salbach’s knowledge translation research has focused on exploring the influence of facilitation\, and guideline implementation tools on advancing stroke rehabilitation practice; and the implementation of task-oriented community exercise programs for older adults with balance and mobility limitations. Dr. Salbach has expertise with cluster randomized trials\, process evaluations\, systematic and scoping reviews\, measurement\, and multi-level modeling. She co-chairs the writing group to update the Canadian Stroke Best Practice Recommendations.
