DESCRIPTION:Overview:  The 1/2 day workshop will be a mix of theory and practical activities. DESCRIPTION:All stroke survivors\, family members and friends welcomed. Heart healthy lunch is served. The group meets the 4th Thursday of every month from 13:30 pm to 15:30 pm CST \nMeeting takes place on the ground floor meeting room (next to the stroke clinic) of La Verendrye Hospital\, Riverside Health Care\, Fort Frances. \nHandicap accessible bathroom close by. Transport can be arranged. \nPlease call Marilyn Erwin at 807-274-7207 by Tuesday if planning to attend. \nParticipants may donate $2.00 to cover ingredients (optional).
