DESCRIPTION:Please join the Heart and Stroke Foundation for a Facebook Live Event \n Title: “FACE the Reality: Stroke in younger adults is on the rise” \nHeart & Stroke is going live on Facebook. \nThis session will give Canadians a unique opportunity to interact and engage in real-time with Dr. Richard Swartz\, a neurologist and leading stroke expert. Targeted pre-promotion to Heart & Stroke’s constituents on Facebook\, Twitter and through our national newsletter will engage our supporters\, survivors\, family members\, caregivers and health seekers.
