DESCRIPTION:Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) is the most common type of arrhythmia\, affecting approximately 350 000 Canadians. Generally\, the risk of developing AFib increases with age and with other risk factors such as diabetes\, high blood pressure and heart disease.\nIt can be challenging for individuals with AFib to know when they need medical help or other support. As a result\, it is important for people living with this condition and their families to know what to do during an episode\, when to seek medical help and how to manage it in general.\n\n\n\nYou are invited to a webinar presentation on Atrial Fibrillation with cardiologist and Heart & Stroke researcher Dr. Peter Leong-Sit.\n\n\n \n\nAt the end of this session\, participants will be able to:\n \na.
